Mimosas 3 ways for Mother's Day

In honor of Mother's Day, we are sharing our favorite mimosa recipes. Feel free to adjust the ratio of sparkling wine to juice to your liking.

Raspberry Rose Mimosa

  • 6 oz of chilled sparkling rose

  • 8 fresh raspberries

  1. Muddle 5 raspberries

  2. Add rose and gently shake

  3. Pour through a strainer into glass

  4. Garnish with 3 raspberries

Tropical Mimosa

  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice

  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

  • 1 (750 mL) bottle chilled Cava or Brut

  • Fresh whole strawberries for garnish

  1. Mix orange and pineapple juice

  2. Pour orange-pineapple mixture into champagne flutes or coupes until half full

  3. Fill glasses with sparkling wine

  4. Garnish with a whole strawberry

Classic Mimosa

  • 1 bottle (750 mL) chilled Prosecco

  • 2 to 4 cups chilled pulp-free orange juice

  • Orange for garnish

  1. While holding your Champagne flute at a slight tilt, fill the glass about halfway with sparkling wine

  2. Fill the rest of the glass with orange juice

  3. Garnish with orange twist or slice
