Where are you from?
I was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. I moved to San Diego about 3 years ago – to be closer to the beach!

How long have you been in the wedding and events industry?
I have been in the industry for about 5 years now, with experience in weddings, golf outings, social and corporate events.

What is your favorite part of wedding planning?
My favorite part of wedding planning is making the couples dream day become a reality. I love the creative process behind wedding planning and being able to make everything come together on the day of the wedding is such a great feeling. I love watching my clients enjoy their special day stress free while we manage all the little details.

When you are not coordinating weddings, what do you enjoy doing?
I love being able to enjoy the San Diego weather, going to the beach or hiking at Torrey Pines. I also love country music and you can often find me at a country concert in the summer months. I also really enjoy traveling whenever I get the chance!

Where is your favorite place to vacation?
My favorite vacations are beach vacations – the top probably being Siesta Key in Florida or the Bahamas. I think my favorite city that I have travelled to is Charleston, SC. I love the history and all the architecture the city has to offer! And of course Paris, because Paris is always a good idea!

What are your favorite restaurants or spots in San Diego?
O gosh! There are so many amazing restaurants in San Diego it’s hard to pick my favorites! I would have to say my favorite Mexican restaurant is Casa de Reyes in Old Town. For fish tacos The Tin Fish in the Gaslamp District and The Cottage in La Jolla for brunch. My favorite spot on the beach is Kono’s in Pacific Beach but the lines get long so go early!

How do you want to be remembered?
I would like to be remembered as a genuine, caring, and honest person. I want to be able to say I made a difference in someone’s life.
